Calisthenic workout you can do anywhere at anytime!

Hey everyone!


This week we're bringing a workout to you! No equipment, no problem! This is a workout you can do anywhere at anytime. All you need is yourself!


So, here’s what’s on the menu:


Bicycles:




Hand Release Push-ups:



Spider-Man Mountain Climbers:



Jump Squats:



The Breakdown:

10 Minutes Body Weight AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)


Bicycles : 30 Reps


Hand Release Push-ups: 10


Spider-Man Mountain Climbers: 50


Jump Squats: 15


If you choose to take on the challenge, Here’s a finisher:


5 Minute EMOM (every minute on the minute)


Burpee: 6



High Knees: For the remaining time in the minute




Example: Let’s say you do 6 Burpees in 30 seconds, the remaining 30 seconds are you doing high knees. Then once the minute is over, repeat.
