This weeks workout is a certified killer (don't run away just yet). This workout in many ways will test your mental toughness, but that's one of many reasons we do it, right?
Here's what's on the menu for this week AMRAP:
Squat to Curls:
12 Minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)
Jump Rope: 100 Reps
Squat to Curl: 12 Reps
Man Makers: 6 Reps
Keep in mind:
* Never stop moving
* Man Makers can be done with no weight if you have none available to you.
* Hold something weighted if no dumbbells are available for squat to curls
* If a Jump Rope is available, do 50 Reps Jumping Jacks instead
